Join us for MythBusters - Wise Traditions Conference

I will be presenting at MythBusters, this year's amazing cutting edge gathering in Dallas on Friday at 10am teaching how to prepare real food for real friends and family ;-).  This will be a 2 hour session showing how to make friends and influence other through real food recipes and lot's of tips and tricks.

Mary Vars my co-author will be coming to Wise Traditions this year for her first time. I'm excited to see her come and share the wealth of information she has about nourishing families, essential oils and practical how to's come to the Weston A. Price Community.

Seneca Rayburn, my 10 year old daughter, will be coming this year and we will be teaching in the kids program on Saturday afternoon November. 1st.  We'll be making Farm Fresh Egg Nog with Essential Oils (See program for time.)

Our book "Essential Gluten-Free Recipes" will be available at the Life Science Publishing booth in the Expo hall. We will also have a booth (#55) and be available throughout the conference for book signings and questions.

Many people ask me where I learn about health and nutrition, well this conference is absolutely top notch. Science and Medicine meet Farming and Cooking! All with the agenda if getting to the truth of building sustainable world through caring for our soil and our bodies.
